26. As-Needed Temporary Personnel Services Master Agreement\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Public Health to execute a\ncompetitively solicited Master Agreement Work Order (MAWO) with Healthcare\nStaffing Professionals, Inc. for the provision of as-needed temporary personnel\nservices to support the Department of Public Health's Division of HIV and STD\nPrograms (DHSP) Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) Project, effective November\n1, 2023 through October 31, 2025, in the amount of $3,634,002, fully funded by\nFederal Grants received from the Health Resources and Services\nAdministration (HRSA), EHE, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention\n(CDC) EHE, CDC Integrated HIV Surveillance and Prevention Program, and\nHRSA Part A funds; execute amendments to the MAWO, allow the rollover of\nunspent MAWO funds, as allowed by Federal Grant Funds, provide an increase\nor decrease in funding up to 10% above or below the base maximum obligation,\neffective upon amendment execution or at the beginning of the applicable\nMAWO period, and make corresponding service adjustments, as necessary,\nand/or make updates to the terms and conditions, as needed; and execute\nchange notices to the MAWO that authorize modifications to or within budget\ncategories, and make corresponding service adjustments, as necessary, make\nchanges to hours of operation and/or service locations, and/or make\ncorrections to the MAWO’s terms and conditions.
