MacLaren Hall Redevelopment Opportunity\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Solis: Approve and instruct the\nDirector of Economic Opportunity to extend the term of the Memorandum of\nUnderstanding (MOU) with the City of El Monte (City) for a potential affordable\nhousing development opportunity at MacLaren Hall, located at 4024 Durfee\nAvenue in the City of El Monte (Property), for two additional 90-day periods, in\norder to negotiate the potential development of the Property; and authorize the\nDirector to execute amendments to the MOU with the City necessary to\neffectuate the action authorized hereby.
