Urgent Actions to Support County Tenants\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisors Solis and Horvath: Direct the\nChief Executive Officer, in collaboration with the Director of Consumer and\nBusiness Affairs, to report back to the Board in writing in 14 days on the\nfeasibility of reallocating up to $25,000,000 in land bank funding to support\nCounty tenant protections, with the report to specifically address the feasibility\nof allocating $15,000,000 for landlord and tenant rental assistance, and\n$10,000,000 to support the Right to Counsel program’s first year of\nimplementation slated for Fiscal Year 2024-25.
