Hearing on the Annual Levying of Assessments for County Landscaping\nand Lighting Districts for Fiscal Year 2023-24\nHearing on the levying and collection of annual assessments for all zones\nidentified in the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 Engineer's Report (1, 3 and 5) within\nCounty Landscaping and Lighting Act (CLLA) Districts 1, 2 and 4, including\nany changes in the improvements, the proposed diagrams or the proposed\nassessments as described in the Engineer's Report; consider all oral statements\nand all written protests made or filed, and if there is no majority protest, adopt a\nresolution ordering the levy and collection of annual assessments within CLLA\nDistricts 1, 2 and 4 for FY 2023-24, either as originally proposed or as changed\nby the Board.
