51. Pasadena Area Community College District Levying of Taxes\nRequest from the Pasadena Area Community College District (District): Adopt a\nresolution authorizing the County to levy taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the\nprincipal of, and interest on, the District's 2022 Election General Obligation\nBonds 2023 Series A (Bonds), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed\n$130,000,000; and direct the Interim Auditor-Controller to place on the 2023-24\ntax roll, and all subsequent tax rolls, taxes sufficient to fulfill the requirements of\nthe debt service schedule for the Bonds, that will be provided to the Interim\nAuditor-Controller by the District following the sale of Bonds.
