Reestablish the Reward Offer in the Investigation of the Murder of Kejon\n(Wayne) Atkins\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Mitchell: Reestablish the $20,000\nreward offered in exchange for information leading to the apprehension and\nconviction of the person or persons responsible for the heinous murder of\n22-year-old Kejon (Wayne) Atkins, who was shot while walking along the 1800\nblock of East 126th Street, west of Wilmington Avenue, in the unincorporated\narea of Willowbrook on July 23, 2015 at approximately 11:25 a.m. and\nsuccumbed to his injuries on July 27, 2015.
