8. Norwood Library Project\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Solis: Authorize the Executive\nDirector of the Los Angeles County Development Authority to act as the agent\nof the County for the refurbishment of the Norwood Library Project located at\n4550 North Peck Road in the City of El Monte; and direct the Chief Executive\nOfficer to execute a funding agreement, and any necessary amendments to\nexisting funding agreements, between the County and the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority to reallocate funds for the Project in an amount not to\nexceed $600,000.
