c) REPORT PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ANNUAL LEVY OF\n23-0279 SEWER CHARGES ON THE PROPERTY TAX ROLL\n(Public Works Director Joe SanClemente)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Conduct a public hearing to receive public comment related to the collection of sewer\nservice charges on the property tax roll for Fiscal Year 2023-2024;\n2. If there is no majority protest, make a finding that there is no majority protest by\nproperty owners within the City of Hermosa Beach; and\n3. Adopt a resolution, including an Engineer's Report, approving the new rates and\nplacing the sewer service charges on the annual County of Los Angeles Tax Roll\n(Attachment 2).
