4-D. Project Tracking Software and Database Services Contract Amendment\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the Executive Director of the Los\nAngeles County Development Authority to execute an amendment to an existing\ncontract with HKA Global, Inc. for construction and project tracking software\nand database services to purchase additional addon licenses for the remaining\nfour years of the contract, and increase the original contract amount of\n$500,000 by $212,790.85 and $71,279.09 in pool dollars, for a total amount of\n$784,069.94, with no impact to the County General Fund, funds for year two\nincluded in the Department’s approved Fiscal Year 2023-24 budget, and with\nyear three through five to be included through the Department’s annual budget\napproval process; and upon determination, and as necessary and appropriate\nunder the terms of the contract, amend, add or delete services and utilize pool\ndollars, and if necessary, terminate for convenience.
