ADOPTION OF GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT (#23-GPA01), CITY OF CLAREMONT\nHOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE - 6TH CYCLE (2021-2029), AND CERTIFICATION OF\nRELATED ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Give members of the City Council the opportunity to disclose any conflicts\nof interest for any of the proposed Opportunity Sites and, if any members of\nthe City Council have conflicts, segment the votes on those Sites in\naccordance with Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Regulation\n18706; and\nB.
