Arista Hardware Equipment Purchase Order\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the Executive Director of the Los\nAngeles County Development Authority to execute a purchase order with TWE\nSolutions, Inc. to purchase Arista hardware equipment, for the Los Angeles\nCounty Development Authority's (LACDA's) Alhambra data center and\nassociated support services, for a total amount not to exceed $756,319.22,\nusing program funds to be incorporated into LACDA’s approved Fiscal Year\n2023-24 budget; and upon determination, and as necessary and appropriate\nunder terms of the purchase order, amend, add or delete services and utilize\npool dollars, and if necessary, terminate for convenience.
