1-D. Norwood Library Project\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Solis: Authorize the Executive\nDirector of the Los Angeles County Development Authority to act as the agent\nof the County for the refurbishment of the Norwood Library (Project), located at\n4550 North Peck Road in the City of El Monte; execute a funding agreement,\nand any necessary amendments to existing funding agreements, between the\nCounty and the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) to\nreallocate funds for a total amount of $600,000, and all related documents for\nthe Project, and incorporate these funds into LACDA's approved Fiscal Year\n2023-24 budget, as needed; and allocate administrative and Project related\ncosts to this Project effective July 11, 2023.
