San Dimas Canyon Community Regional Park, Castaic Regional Sports\nComplex and Stephen Sorensen Park Restroom Renovation Projects\nRecommendation: Establish and approve the proposed projects (5) and project\nbudgets as detailed below; approve an appropriation adjustment in the amount\nof $874,000 by appropriating $874,000 in grant revenue from the California\nDepartment of Parks and Recreation through the Proposition 68, California\nDrought, Water, Parks, Climate, Coastal Protection, and Outdoor Access for All\nAct of 2018, Recreational Infrastructure Revenue Enhancement Grant Program\nto fully fund the proposed projects; authorize the Director of Parks and\nRecreation to deliver the proposed projects through Board-approved Job Order\nContracts; and find that the proposed projects are exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act: (Department of Parks and Recreation) APPROVE\n4-VOTES\nSan Dimas Canyon Community Regional Park Restroom Renovation\nProject, Capital Project (CP) No. 87969, with a total project budget of\n$450,000;\nCastaic Regional Sports Complex Restroom Renovation Project, CP No.\n87970, with a total project budget of $174,000; and\nStephen Sorensen Park Restroom Renovation Project, CP No. 87971,\nwith a total project budget of $250,000.
