k) REPORT APPROVAL OF THE COMMENCEMENT OF SPECIAL EVENT\n23-0159 LONG-TERM AGREEMENT NEGOTIATIONS\n(Community Resources Manager Lisa Nichols)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council approve the commencement of long-term agreement\nnegotiations with the following organizations for the following special events:\n* Mychal's Learning Place for the California Great Santa Stroll;\n* Great Autos of Yesteryear for the Classic Car Show;\n* The Jewish Community Center for the Community Chanukah Celebration;\n* Fine Arts Group of Hermosa Beach for the Fine Arts Festival;\n* Hermosa Beach Education Foundation for the Hearts of Hermosa;\n* International Surf Festival;\n* Skechers Foundation for the Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk;\n* Spyder Surf Shops for Spyder Surf Fest; and\n* MESP Inc. for the Hermosa Beach Triathlon.
