Hearing on Project No. 2019-003977-(5) for the Lake Los Angeles\nCommunity Standards District\nHearing on Project No. 2019-003977-(5), Advance Planning Case No.\nRPPL2018002312-(5), to amend County Code, Title 22 - Planning and\nZoning, to establish the Lake Los Angeles Community Standards District,\nwhich defines and establishes proposed development standards, including\nhighway and local street standards, additional protections to Hillside\nManagement Areas, prohibitions on billboards, commercial sign standards,\nallowance of residential ranch entry signs, standards for new subdivisions,\ntrail design, preservation of vegetation, accessory cargo shipping\ncontainers, fence and wall heights, modifications to number of allowed dogs\nwithout a permit, additional home-based occupation allowances, and\ncommercial design standards; and find that the Project is exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.
