Hearing on Project No. 2019-003978-(5) for the Pearblossom\nCommunity Standards District\nHearing on Project No. 2019-003978-(5), Advance Planning Case No.\nRPPL2019002601-(5), to amend County Code, Title 22 - Planning and\nZoning, to establish the Pearblossom Community Standards District, which\ndefines and establishes development standards for the unincorporated area\nof Pearblossom, including vegetation protections, landscape requirements,\nand regulations for accessory storage, rural artifacts, signs and fences, new\nsubdivisions, rural road design, trails, building materials, and uses in the\nnew Blossom Community Corridor Area; and find that the Project is exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act.
