31. Department of Public Health Lease Amendment\nRecommendation: Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the\nproposed lease with 6101 Centinela Property Owner, LLC, a Delaware limited\nliability company, for the Department of Public Health’s (DPH), Environmental\nHealth Program’s, continued use of approximately 9,121 sq ft of office space,\nand 43 on-site parking spaces, located at 6101 West Centinela Avenue, Suite\n300, in the City of Culver City (2), with an estimated maximum first-year base\nrental amount of $437,808, and an estimated total aggregate lease amount of\n$2,348,000 over the five-year term, 100% funded by revenues generated from\nDPH license and permit fees collected from regulated operations, with no\nimpact to Net County Cost; authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute any\nother ancillary documentation and take actions necessary and appropriate to\neffectuate and implement the proposed lease including, without limitation,\nexercising any early termination rights; and find that the proposed lease is\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
