Lancaster Energy – 2024 Power Source Disclosure Attestation.\nRecommendation(s):\nProvide the attestation specified under California’s Power Source Disclosure (PSD) Program,\nwhich requires the governing council of a public agency providing retail electric service to\nendorse the accuracy of the annual report, as submitted to the California Energy Commission,\nfor the previous year.\nIn the case of Lancaster Energy (LE), such attestation will be based on the California Choice\nEnergy Authority’s (CalChoice) technical review and will address the 2024 Annual Report\nprepared for the LE community choice aggregation (CCA) program.
