46. Hospital Association of Southern California Sole Source Agreement\nAmendment\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Health Services to execute an\namendment to a sole source agreement with the Hospital Association of\nSouthern California, for the provision of maintenance and support services for\nReddiNet® Emergency Communications System, utilized by the Department of\nHealth Services and Non-County Hospitals to extend the term of the agreement\nfor six years, effective upon execution through June 30, 2029, and increase the\nmaximum agreement amount by $791,249 from $1,362,128 to $2,153,377, fully\noffset by the Hospital Preparedness Program Grant included in the Departments\nFY 2023-24 recommended Budget; and execute future amendments to the\nagreement to increase the County’s maximum obligation by no more than 10%\nannually, to pay for any additional, as-needed programming, installation,\nmaintenance, and service repair costs, add, delete, and/or change terms and\nconditions as mandated by Federal or State law or regulation.
