Support for California State Association of Counties “At Home” Plan\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisors Barger and Mitchell: Direct the\nChief Executive Officer, through the Legislative Affairs and Intergovernmental\nRelations Division, to support the California State Association of Counties’ AT\nHOME plan, that includes six pillars which stand for Accountability,\nTransparency, Housing, Outreach, Mitigation, and Economic Opportunity; and\ndirect the County’s Legislative Advocates in Sacramento take appropriate\nlegislative advocacy actions to advance this effort.
