36. Community Care Expansion Preservation Program\nRecommendation: Approve interim ordinance authority to recruit and hire six\nkey personnel to support the overall implementation and administration of the\nCommunity Care Expansion (CCE) Preservation Program, subject to allocation\nby the Chief Executive Officer’s Classification Division; authorize the Director\nof Mental Health to adjust the Department of Mental Health’s local match\nrequirement, as needed, for any additional CCE Preservation Program - Capital\nProject funds that the Department may receive from the State and transferred to\nthe Los Angeles County Development Authority; and find that the recommended\nactions are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
