21. 20th Annual County of Los Angeles Leadership Conference\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Hahn: Proclaim June 14, 2023,\nas “Winning With Trust Through Innovation Day,” in support of the 20th Annual\nCounty Leadership Conference (Conference); and take the following actions:\nInvite members of the Board of Supervisors, Executive Office staff,\nQuality and Productivity Commissioners, County Commissioners,\nAdvisory Board Members, related agencies’ staff, Department Heads,\nCounty Executives, and Departmental Quality and Productivity Managers,\nto attend the Conference on June 14, 2023, at the Music Center;\nRequest the Music Center to waive up to $1,000 in fees for use of the\nGrand Hall and Lobby Area of the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion on\nJune 14, 2023, excluding the cost of liability insurance;\nWaive $4,400 in parking fees for 220 vehicles at the Music Center\nGarage, excluding the cost of liability insurance; and\nInstruct the Director of Internal Services to provide the necessary\nsupport services (e.g., transport of conference materials, logistics, etc.)\nfor activities related to the Conference.
