27. Employee Retirement Contribution Rates Adjustments\nRecommendation: Approve an amendment to the Fringe Benefit Memorandum\nof Understanding (MOU) with Service Employees International Union Local 721\nimplementing changes in employee retirement contributions rates; approve an\namendment to the Fringe Benefit MOU with the Coalition of County Unions,\nimplementing changes in employee retirement contributions rates; adopt a\nresolution implementing changes in employee retirement contribution rates for\nrepresented and non-represented employees who are members of Safety\nMember Plans A and B and General Member Plans A, B, C, D, effective\nJuly 1, 2023; approve the employee contribution rate changes effective,\nJuly 1, 2023, for all represented and non-represented employees who are\nmembers of the Safety Member Plan C and General Member Plan G; and\ninstruct the Interim Auditor-Controller to make the system changes necessary to\nimplement these recommendations.
