40. Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park Fishing Pier II Replacement Project\nRecommendation: Establish and approve the proposed Frank G. Bonelli\nRegional Park Fishing Pier II Replacement Project (Project), Capital Project No.\n87951 in the City of San Dimas (5), with a total project budget of $1,114,000;\napprove an appropriation adjustment in the amount of $1,114,000, to fully offset\nwith grant revenue of $864,000 from the California Wildlife Conservation Board,\nand $250,000 from the Regional Park and Open Space Proposition A Excess\nFunds, available to the Fifth Supervisorial District pursuant to the Safe\nNeighborhood Parks Proposition of 1996, to fully fund the proposed Project;\nauthorize the Director of Parks and Recreation to deliver the proposed Project\nthrough a Board-approved Job Order Contract; and find that the proposed\nProject is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
