Telegraph Road Major Corridor Study\nRecommendation: Approve and instruct the Chair to sign an implementation\nagreement with the Gateway Cities Council of Governments, which provides for\nthe County to fund its proportional share of the cost for the Telegraph Road\ncorridor study in the unincorporated communities of East Los Angeles, La\nMirada and Montebello (1 and 4), in the amount of $7,311.97, and an estimated\ntotal study amount of $180,150; authorize the Director of Public Works to\nexecute amendments and modifications of a nonmaterial nature to the\nimplementation agreements to incorporate necessary nonmaterial,\nprogrammatic, and administrative changes; and find that conducting a corridor\nstudy of Telegraph Road is exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct.
