Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., Proprietary Industrial Gas Pipeline\nFranchise\nOrdinance for introduction granting a proprietary industrial gas pipeline\nfranchise to Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Delaware corporation\n(Franchisee), to collect, transport, and distribute industrial gas for a period of\n10 years beginning on May 11, 2023, and expiring on May 10, 2033, the base\nannual fee payable to the County by Franchisee will be determined according\nto a formula contained in Section 2 of the ordinance, Franchisee will also pay a\ngranting fee of $10,000.
