17. Authorize Joint Application(s) to and Participation in the Homekey Round\n3 Program\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Hahn: Approve the 13 Homekey\nRound 3 Projects, as detailed in the motion; adopt resolution(s) authorizing and\ndirecting the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Assistant Chief\nExecutive Officer, or the Executive Director of the Los Angeles County\nHomeless Initiative, to submit joint application(s) to the California Department of\nHousing and Community Development (HCD) in response to the Notice of\nFunding Availability, and jointly apply for Homekey grant funds in the amounts\nindicated in each authorizing resolution; if the application(s) are approved,\nauthorize the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Assistant Chief\nExecutive Officer or the Executive Director of the Los Angeles County\nHomeless Initiative to enter into, execute and deliver Standard Agreement(s) in\na total amount not to exceed the amounts specified in each authorizing\nresolution, and any and all other documents required or deemed necessary or\nappropriate to secure the Homekey funds from HCD and to participate in the\nHomekey Program, and all amendments thereto; and find that the proposed\nProjects are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
