1. CONSIDERATION AND ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO\nENTER INTO FIVE NATIONAL OPIOIDS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS WITH WALMART,\nCVS, WALGREENS, TEVA, AND ALLERGAN.
