City Manager - Accept and File Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP) Update.\nExpenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the City Manager that the City Council:\n1) Accept and file information on the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP) update and\nthe process for development and approval; and\n2) Accept public comment on the LHMP process and survey; and\n3) Direct staff to return to City Council at a future date for approval of the LHMP.
