PUBLIC COMMENTS\n(Each member of the public may provide a public comment in person, telephonically or electronically.\nIn person participants must submit one comment card if they wish to address the City Council. Only\nspeakers that submit a comment card within the first 20 minutes of the meeting will be permitted to\nspeak. Remote participants may provide public comment by clicking the hand icon on Zoom or\npressing star (*) nine (9) on the telephone, if they wish to address the City Council. Members of the\npublic are permitted to speak for three (3) minutes concerning items under the City Council’s\njurisdiction, including items on the council agenda.)\n(Any person who, without authority of law, willfully disturbs or breaks up a City Council meeting is\nguilty of a misdemeanor.
