Award Consultant Services and Construction Manager at Risk\nAgreements for Puente Hills Regional Park Project\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Solis: Authorize the Director of\nPublic Works to execute a consultant services agreement with HDR Inc., to\nprovide architectural/engineering and support services for the proposed Puente\nHills Regional Park Project (Project) for an amount not to exceed $7,327,700;\nexecute a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) agreement with The Penta\nBuilding Group, LLC, to provide preconstruction services for the proposed\nProject for an amount not to exceed $2,436,068; supplement the initial not to\nexceed consultant services agreement amount with HDR, Inc., and CMAR\nagreement amount with The Penta Building Group, LLC, by up to 25% of the\noriginal contract amount based on workload requirements; and execute up to\n$1,500,000, in on-call preconstruction field testing and investigations, which do\nnot constitute a project under the California Environmental Quality Act.\n(23-1143)\nAttachments: Motion by Supervisor Solis\nPublic Comment/Correspondence
