30. Leadership Development Program\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Health Services to continue to host\nand conduct the Department of Health Services’ Leadership Development\nProgram (LDP), formerly the Management Development Program, events during\nFiscal Year (FY) 2023-24, at an aggregate maximum amount of $100,000, with\nfunding included in the FY 2023-24 Department of Health Services Status Quo\nBudget Request, and to be requested in future fiscal years, as needed; execute\nagreements with qualified entities, including necessary agreement amendments,\nfor facility use and catering services to support the LDP events during FY\n2023-24 at an aggregate maximum amount of $100,000; and extend the\nauthorities granted above for FYs 2024-25, 2025-26, 2026-27 and 2027-28,\nand increase the incidental expense limit for each FY subsequent to FY\n2023-24 by 10% of the previous FY limit to $110,000, $121,000, $133,100, and\n$146,410, respectively.
