Carry Concealed Weapon License Application Fee Amendment\nRecommendation: Approve an ordinance for introduction an ordinance\namending County Code, Title 2 - Administration, to increase the Cary\nConcealed Weapon (CCW) license application fee from $150 to $216, with the\nfirst 20% ($43) collected upon filing of the application and the remaining\nbalance ($173) collected only upon issuance of an approved CCW license; and\napprove the request by the Sheriff’s Department to increase the fee for renewal\napplications from $29 to $34.
