41. Sale of Parcel 42EXF related to Pickens Canyon Channel to Mr. Eduardo\nE. Ceberio and Ms. Alixca J. Soberantes-Ceberio\nRecommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the County Flood Control\nDistrict (District), find that the fee interest in Parcel 42EXF related to Pickens\nCanyon Channel, in the unincorporated La Crescenta-Montrose area (5) of the\nCounty is surplus and no longer required for the purposes of the District; find\nthat Parcel 42EXF related to Pickens Canyon Channel, in the unincorporated\nLa Crescenta-Montrose area of the County, is exempt surplus land under the\nprovisions of the Surplus Land Act; approve the sale of Parcel 42EXF, related\nto Pickens Canyon Channel, from the District to the adjacent property owners\nMr. Eduardo E. Ceberio and Ms. Alixca J. Soberantes-Ceberio; authorize the\nChief Engineer of the District to execute the quitclaim deed document and\nauthorize delivery to Mr. Eduardo E. Ceberio and Ms. Alixca J.\nSoberantes-Ceberio; and find that the proposed project is exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.
