33. As-Needed Professional Design and Photography Services Master\nAgreements\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Beaches and Harbors to award and\nexecute as-needed Professional Design and Photography Services Master\nAgreements (MAs) with A Bright Idea, LLC, Bad Creative, Inc., Lindsey Best,\nNicholas Anderson, Strausberg Group, Inc. and WeAreGiants, LLC, to provide\nas-needed professional design and photography services to the Department of\nBeaches and Harbors (2, 3 and 4), to assist in promoting activities in Marina del\nRey and on County-owned, controlled or managed beaches, as well as in\nenhancing the Department of Beaches and Harbors' online presence (2, 3 and\n4), for an initial term of three years, with four one-year extension options, at an\nannual aggregate amount of $31,000 or $238,700 for all executed MAs over the\npotential total term of seven years, which is inclusive of an additional 10%\nannually for unforeseen services; and authorize the Director to take the\nfollowing related actions: (Department of Beaches and Harbors) APPROVE\nExecute MAs for four additional one-year extension options if, in the\nopinion of the Director, the contractors have effectively performed the\nservices during the previous contract period and the services are still\nrequired;\nIncrease the aggregate amount of the MAs by up to 10% in any year,\nincluding any extension option, for any additional or unforeseen services\nwithin the scope of the agreements; and\nAward and execute MAs to add additional contractors as they become\nqualified throughout the term of the MAs, execute and amend individual\nwork orders to incorporate changes as necessary, execute amendments\nshould a contracting entity merge, be acquired or change its entity, add\nor delete services and categories to the MA as they become necessary,\nand suspend or terminate agreements if, in the opinion of the Director, it\nis in the best interest of the County.
