49. Psychological and/or Psychiatric Services Master Agreement\nRecommendation: Approve and instruct the Chair to sign a Model Master\nAgreement (Model Agreement) that will be used to execute Master Agreements\n(Agreements) with qualified vendors, to provide as-needed psychological and/or\npsychiatric services for the Sheriff's Department's Psychological Services\nBureau, for the term of May 8, 2023 through May 7, 2026, with four one-year\nextension options, for a total term not to exceed seven years; and authorize the\nSheriff to take the following actions: (Sheriff’s Department) APPROVE\nExecute Agreements with qualified vendors commencing May 8, 2023, or\nupon execution by the Sheriff, whichever is later, to meet the needs of\nthe Department; and\nExecute amendments and change orders to the Agreements as set forth\nthroughout the Model Agreement, to effectuate modifications, which do\nnot materially affect any term of the Agreements, add new or revised\nstandard County contract provisions adopted by the Board as required\nperiodically, exercise the extension options of the Agreements, effectuate\nthe assignment and delegation/mergers or acquisitions provision, and\nterminate the Agreement, in whole or in part, if necessary.
