Parcel 64GE related to Santa Monica Canyon Channel Grant of Easement\nRecommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the County Flood Control\nDistrict (District), find that the grant of easement for ingress and egress\npurposes with the right to construct, use, repair, and maintain a prefabricated\nbridge over Parcel 64GE related to Santa Monica Canyon Channel in the\nPacific Palisades community of the City of Los Angeles (3), and the\nsubsequent use of said easement will not interfere with the use of the affected\nparcel for any purposes of the District; approve the project, which is the grant\nof easement for ingress and egress purposes with the right to construct, use,\nrepair, and maintain a prefabricated bridge over Parcel 64GE related to the\nSanta Monica Canyon Channel, from the District to Mr. John Ross Warfel and\nMrs. Debra Lynn Warfel, Trustees of the Warfel Family Trust established under\nDeclaration of Trust dated April 24, 2003; instruct the Chair to sign the\neasement and authorize delivery to Mr. John Ross Warfel and Mrs. Debra Lynn\nWarfel, Trustees of the Warfel Family Trust established under Declaration of\nTrust dated April 24, 2003; and find that the proposed project is exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.
