Hold a public hearing, receive public comment and accept the proposed 2022\nSustainability Rights Report pursuant to Santa Monica Municipal Code (SMMC) Chapter\n12.02 Sustainability Rights.\n2. Adopt an updated Sustainable City Plan with indicators and targets for 2030 and add an\nEquity and Inclusion Guiding Principle (Attachment A).\n3.
