1. Public Hearing – Pico Rivera Housing Assistance Agency Revision of the\nFamily Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Action Plan. (1600)\nChairman Lutz opened the public hearing and noted that there were no written\ncommunications or public comment cards to provide public testimony.\nCommissioner Garcia suggested recognizing those participants that completed the\nprogram at a future meeting.\nChairman Lutz closed the public hearing.\nMotion by Commissioner Camacho, seconded by Commissioner Lara to: 1) Approve\nResolution No. HA-105 finding that the approval of the attached resolution is not subject\nto the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to the State CEQA\nGuidelines, California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3 15061(b)(3), because\nthe activity is covered by the general rule that CEQA applies only to projects which have\nthe potential for causing a significant effect on the environment and it can be seen with\ncertainty that there is no possibility that the approval of this resolution may have a\nsignificant effect on the environment and none of the exceptions under Section 15300.2\napply; and 2) Approve the revised Pico Rivera Housing Assistance Agency’s Family\nSelf-Sufficiency (FSS) Action Plan.
