13.A.\nCAL FIRE Local Area Fire Hazard Severity Zone Map updated March 24,\n2025\nRecommendation:\n1) Conduct a public hearing;\n2) Determine that adoption of the CAL FIRE Local Area Fire Hazard Severity\nZone Map which was released for Southern California on March 24,\n2025, is exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15061(b)\n(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act and authorize staff to file a\nNotice of Exemption; and\n3) Conduct the second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 3165, updating the\nCAL FIRE Local Area Fire Hazard Severity Zone Map.
