26. Expo/Crenshaw Station Exclusive Negotiation Agreement and Planning\nDocument Amendment\nRecommendation: Authorize the Executive Director of Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority, on behalf of the County, to execute an amendment to\nthe Exclusive Negotiation Agreement and Planning Document (ENA) by and\namong the County, the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation\nAuthority, and WIP-A, LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of Watt Companies, Inc.,\na California corporation, for the development of a mixed-use project adjacent to\nthe Expo/Crenshaw Station (2), which will expire on April 15, 2023; extend the\nterm of the ENA for an additional 12 months, with the option to extend for an\nadditional 12 months, if necessary; and authorize the assignment of the ENA to\na newly created limited partnership.
