15. Raising the Progress Pride Flag at Los Angeles County Facilities\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisors Hahn and Horvath: Instruct the\nDirector of Internal Services to raise the Progress Pride Flag at the Kenneth\nHahn Hall of Administration, and Los Angeles County facilities where the\nAmerican and California Flags are displayed during the month of June, while\nwe celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride Month this year and every year moving forward;\ninstruct the Chief Executive Officer to work with all County Departments to\nexplore ways the Progress Pride Flag can be flown at all County facilities; and\ninstruct the Executive Officer of the Board to update the County’s flag policy\nand notify Departments of the above directive and provide guidance to ensure\nthat proper flag etiquette is followed.
