Garvey School District Levying of Taxes\nRequest from the Garvey School District (District): Adopt a resolution\nauthorizing the County to levy taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the principal\nof and interest on the District’s General Obligation Bonds, Election of 2016,\nSeries D (Bonds), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $10,000,000;\nand direct the Auditor-Controller to place on the 2023-24 tax roll, and all\nsubsequent tax rolls, taxes sufficient to fulfil the requirements of the debt service\nschedule for the Bonds, that will be provided to the Auditor-Controller by the\nDistrict following the sale of the Bonds.
