Expo/Crenshaw Station Exclusive Negotiation Agreement and Planning\nDocument Amendment\nRecommendation: Authorize the Executive Director of the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority, on behalf of the County, to execute amendments to the\nExclusive Negotiation Agreement and Planning Document (ENA) by and among\nthe County, the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and\nWIP-A, LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of Watt Companies, Inc., (2) a\nCalifornia corporation to extend the term for an additional 12 months, with the\noption to extend for an additional 12 months, if necessary; and authorize the\nassignment of the ENA to a newly created limited partnership.
