Offender Monitoring System Services Sole Source Agreement Amendment\nRecommendation: Authorize the Sheriff to execute a sole source amendment to\nan agreement with Sentinel Offender Services, LLC, for continued electronic\nmonitoring services, to extend the term for one year, from March 10, 2023\nthrough March 9, 2024, and a six-month extension option in any increment, at\nan estimated amount, including the extension option, of $210,000, utilizing\nAB109 allocation funds; execute the extension option, if it is in the best interest\nof the County; and terminate the agreement for convenience, either in whole or\nin part of, if necessary, with 30 calendar days advance written notice once the\nDepartment has completed the solicitation process for a successor contract.\n(Sheriff's Department) APPROVE (NOTE: The Acting Chief Information\nOfficer recommends approval of this item.)
