2. Executing the First Countywide Community Workforce Agreement\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisors Barger and Hahn: Direct the\nChief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents for the\nimplementation of the Countywide Community Workforce Agreement with the\nLos Angeles/Orange Counties Building Trades Council, as outlined in the\nFebruary 17, 2023, Chief Executive Officer’s Board Report; direct the Chief\nExecutive Officer to immediately modify the current Local and Targeted Worker\nPolicy as follows: add MC3 program graduates to the existing categories of\nTargeted Workers; and instruct the Director of Public Works, in consultation\nwith the Chief Executive Officer, to report back to the Board in writing in 90\ndays with an analysis of resources required to successfully administer the\nCountywide Community Workforce Agreement.
