Amend the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Budget by appropriating $110,000 Prop C\nfunds.\nStaff Report\nAttachment 1\nAttachment 2\nAttachment 3\nAttachment 4\nAttachment 5\nAttachment 6\nAttachment 7\nEnvironmental Review: Service Option 1 (Reallocate Resources to New\nNorth-South Service), is Statutorily Exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to the Public Resources\nCode Section 21080.25(b)(5) pertaining to the increase of Compressed\nNatural Gas bus service on existing public rights of way. Service Option 2\n(Eliminate Service) is Categorically Exempt from CEQA pursuant to CEQA\nGuidelines Section 15301 Class I: The BurbankBus Green Route is part of\nthe City’s public bus transit system and works in concert with LA County\nMetro and Metrolink to provide a public transit network for local and\nregional public transit riders. The proposed elimination of the City’s Green\nRoute would result in a negligible change to the public access to public\ntransit in the City and larger region. Specifically, the Green Route exhibits\nvery low ridership and duplicates other Metro transit service, therefore\nelimination is not expected to materially change the public’s access to, or\nusage of, transit service in the City.\nPublic Comment: To speak in person, a YELLOW Public Comment Card\nmust be completed and presented to the City Clerk prior to the comment\nperiod.\nCouncil Action:
