State Emergency Solutions Grant-CV Funds\nRecommendation: Authorize the Executive Director of the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment to enter into an agreement with the State to receive an amount not\nto exceed $1,020,107 in State Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG)-CV funds for\nprograms that assist persons who are homeless; and incorporate these funds\ninto the Los Angeles County Development Authority 's Fiscal Year 2022-23\nbudget, as needed, and include the final distribution of State ESG-CV funds to\nhomeless services programs.
