40. On-Call Real Estate Title, Acquisition, and Relocation Assistance Services\nand On-Call Real Estate Appraisal Services Agreements\nRecommendation: Award and authorize the Director of Public Works to execute\nconsultant services agreements with Monument ROW and Clark Land\nResources, Inc., to provide on-call real estate title, acquisition, and relocation\nassistance services for various County projects throughout the County, the\nagreements will commence upon execution by the County for an initial\nthree-year term and two one-year extension options if exercised, subject to\nsupplemental provisions, for a maximum contract amount of $2,500,000 for both\nagreements for the five-year term; and authorize the Director of Public Works\nto take the following actions: (Department of Public Works) (Continued from\nthe meeting of 1-10-23)\nAward and execute consultant services agreements with Bender\nRosenthal, Inc. and Integra Realty Resources to provide on-call real\nestate appraisal services for various County projects throughout the\nCounty, the agreements will commence upon execution by the County,\nfor an initial three-year term and two one-year extension options if\nexercised, subject to supplemental provisions, for a maximum contract\namount of $3,750,000 for both agreements for the five-year term;\nSupplement the initial not to exceed contract amount for each of the\nagreements by up to 25% of the original contract amount based on\nworkload requirements;\nAuthorize additional services and extend the contract expiration dates, as\nnecessary, to complete those additional services when those additional\nservices are previously unforeseen, related to a previously assigned\nscope of work on a given project, and are necessary for the completion\nof a given project; and\nAdminister each of the agreements and, at the discretion of the Director\nexercise the two one-year extension options to extend the term of the\nagreements based upon project demands and the level of satisfaction\nwith the services provided with no change to the initial not to exceed\ncontract amount.
