2-D. State Emergency Solutions Grant-CV Funds Agreement\nRecommendation: Authorize the Executive Director of the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority to enter into an agreement with the State to receive an\namount not to exceed $1,020,107 in State Emergency Solutions Grants\nProgram (ESG-CV) funds for programs that assist persons who are homeless,\nand incorporate these funds into the Los Angeles County Development\nAuthority's Fiscal Year 2022-23 budget, as needed, and include the final\ndistribution of State ESG-CV funds to other agencies to administer programs\nfor persons who are homeless; adopt and instruct the Chair to sign an\nauthorizing resolution to accept an amount not to exceed $1,020,107 in State\nESG-CV funds, which will be used to provide services to persons who are\nhomeless, or at the risk of becoming homeless, in the County; and authorize the\nExecutive Director to enter into an agreement with other agencies to fund\nprograms that assist persons who are homeless, or at the risk of becoming\nhomeless.
